Pest Control Flyers for Condominiums, MCSTs and Property Managers
One notice a month, timed to Singapore’s pest calendar: the dengue peak, termite swarming, the festive rodent season and the year-end rains. Written for residents, useful for the management office. Pair them with a proper pest control programme for property managers or condominium pest control plan.
There is an active dengue cluster near us
For estates inside or near an NEA dengue cluster. The weekly 5-step Mozzie Wipeout, plus the balcony and service-yard spots most residents miss.
Available soonSpring-clean the pests out before Chinese New Year
The CNY clean-out is the one week every cupboard and balcony gets opened. Use it to close the doors rats and cockroaches use.
Available soonFestive leftovers are a two-week buffet for pests
Reunion dinners, open houses and hampers leave more food waste in a fortnight than most estates see in a month. How to close the buffet.
Available soonTermite swarming season is starting
From March to May winged termites leave their colonies after evening rain. What a pile of wings on a window sill means, and what to do next.
Available soonGet ahead of dengue season now
Cases climb from May. In April heat the Aedes life cycle shortens to about a week, so breeding removed now prevents whole generations. The weekly B-L-O-C-K routine.
Available soonDengue high season starts now
NEA’s cluster map updates daily and enforcement follows a cluster. Three habits that carry an estate quietly through the next six months.
Available soonThe worst dengue stretch of the year
June to August is the peak. Why fogging alone never ends an outbreak, and what actually works in homes and common areas.
Available soonA mid-year health check for your pest programme
Five questions the management office should be able to answer about the estate’s pest contract, and what a working programme looks like.
Available soonOfferings feed more than the spirits
A month of nightly food offerings at void decks and joss burners is enough to grow a rodent population. Respectful, pest-safe ways to manage it.
Available soonSeal it now, before the year-end rains
Rats move indoors and upward when their outdoor harbourage floods. The dry month before the monsoon is the cheapest time to keep them out of a block.
Available soonThe storms are back, and so is standing water
Inter-monsoon thunderstorms refill every container. Aedes eggs laid months ago hatch within hours of getting wet. The 7-day rule after every downpour.
Available soonPut the estate on a wet-season inspection cadence
Breeding sites refill after every downpour from November to January. Why a monthly visit is always behind, and what a wet-season cadence looks like.
Available soonDecember is peak rat season, here is why
Monsoon rain floods the burrows while festive gatherings fill the bin centre. Rats find a dry home and a food supply in one place. Keep the block off their list.
Available soonVector Control Notices for Construction Sites and HSE Teams
Written to NEA’s construction-site vector control guidance, the Environmental Control Officer Code of Practice and the template vector control operator contract. Each notice puts the inspector’s checklist in front of the whole crew. Pin them in the site office, the canteen and the workers’ quarters, alongside your construction site pest control programme.
The 7-Day Rule: NEA expects every corner of your site checked this week
Stagnant water anywhere on site must be found and dealt with at least weekly and re-treated after every downpour. The checklist NEA officers walk.
Available soonOne larva can stop a $50 million job: what a Stop-Work Order actually costs
NEA publishes the name of every contractor it stops. What the last 12 months of orders show, and how the sites that never appear on the list run their checks.
Available soonRats don’t read your site rules: rodent control at the canteen and quarters
Canteens and workers’ quarters sit on top of the biggest food source on any site. What NEA and MOM expect, and the housekeeping that keeps rats off the job.

Questions About the Notice Board Flyers
Are the pest control flyers really free?
Yes. Download, print and share as many copies as you need, for as many estates or sites as you manage. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no obligation to use our services.
Who are the flyers written for?
Managing agents, MCST councils and management offices of condominiums and private estates, and HSE or procurement teams running construction sites in Singapore. Each flyer is written for the people who will read it on the notice board, so residents or crew can act on it without any pest control background.
Is the advice consistent with NEA and NParks guidance?
Every tip is checked against NEA, NParks and PUB public guidance before release, and the construction site notices follow NEA’s construction-site vector control requirements and the Environmental Control Officer Code of Practice. If official guidance changes, we replace the flyer and note the date.
Can I get a printed or laminated set?
Yes. Ask for a laminated set through the contact page and tell us the number of estates or site offices. We will confirm what we can supply.
Do I have to be an All Out Pest Management customer?
No. The flyers are for any estate or site. If you would like help with the pest problem the flyer describes, we are an NEA-licensed vector control operator and can quote for a commercial pest control programme.
